Logan FlexaDrive™ System:
The Logan FlexaDrive is sandwiched between your engine and transmission; allowing up to 10 live PTO pump pads for a wide range of hydraulic pump requirements such as: drive shafts, pumps, pulleys, and clutchable power take-offs.
Single Source for Power:
Imagine a new or repowered vessel where the main engines provide propulsive power and drive electric generators, bow thrusters, and mission-specific equipment. What's more, they also provide back-up and redundancy for critical-vessel systems. The Logan FlexaDrive and FlexaGen make this possible.
FlexaDrive™ Marine Products:
1-Position Pump Drive-800 HP
Rated at 800 HP / 600 kW under continuous duty, the Logan FlexaDrive is a self-contained, single tower, multiple pump drive gearbox, which provides full engine power between your engine (power take-off) and transmission. Logan 800-1 FlexaDrive input and output housings mount to standard SAE No.1, No. 2 and No. 3 flywheel housings (SAE J617 and SAE J617 Flywheels) and to any specified drive shaft. FlexaDrives can be positioned up to 90º in either direction.
2-Position Pump Drive - 1000 HP
The Logan 2-Position Pump Drive is outfitted for up to four (4) PTI/PTO pads, and can accommodate up to 1000 HP / 744 kW Engines, with maximum speeds up to 2200 RPM. Total heads capacity of 320 HP / 240 kW. A single head has a maximum 160 HP/120 kW. Various step-up gear ratios are available for direct drive PTO's. The Logan 2-Position Pump Drive is outfitted for up to four (4) PTI/PTO pads, and can accommodate up to 730 HP / 544 kW Engines, with maximum speeds up to 2200 RPM. Total heads capacity of 300 HP / 225 kW. A single head has a maximum 160 HP/120 kW. Various step-up gear ratios are available for direct drive PTO's. Available with standard SAE #0 and SAE #1 inputs and outputs or special direct drive adapters.

Logan LCT Clutches and Flexadrives for Fire Fighting Systems
Fire pumps and Tugs and Workboats utilize Logan LCT Series Clutches, Logan Direct Drive PTO Clutches, and FlexaDrives as a connect-disconnect between the diesel engine, fire pump, and auxiliary hydraulic pumps. Activation is simplified since Logan Clutches can be activated with hydraulics or pneumatically. Remote engagement is possible from control panel or bridge.

SAE Direct Drive PTO Clutches
Logan Air / Fluid actuated Bell Housing PTO clutches are self-adjusting and designed to mount directly to a diesel or gasoline engine 19s flywheel. The friction disc packs optimize dry operation and actuation is accomplished through a stationary cylinder-piston arrangement or through the internal shaft and clutch passages.
